  • A development plan agreed at the start and reviewed every quarter

Not included

  • Consulting services, documentation written for your laboratory, or on-site audits
  • Any certification, examination or accreditation decision. These remain with the relevant external bodies.

Mentors are experienced laboratory quality specialists. Your mentor is introduced when your application is accepted.

Questions

Does mentorship lead to a certification or accreditation?

No. Mentorship supports your preparation and development. Professional certification is awarded by certifying bodies and laboratory accreditation by accreditation bodies after their own assessment.

Is this for teams or institutions?

Yes. Elmenta Lab Team covers up to 5 members of one laboratory for USD 300 per month: two 90-minute group sessions a month, a monthly one-to-one for your quality lead and a quarterly progress report for the laboratory director. For more than 5 people we send a quote. For classroom training of a whole team, every course can also be delivered in-house.

What does it cost?

Elmenta Lab Pro (individual) is USD 75 per person per month, or USD 750 per person per year. Elmenta Lab Team is USD 300 per month or USD 3,000 per year for up to 5 people. We confirm your plan when we reply to your application; no payment is taken on this website.

How do I cancel?

Monthly plans: tell us before your next month starts and no further invoice is sent. Annual plans come with 2 months free, and a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first session.

I have taken an Elmenta course. Is there an offer?

Yes. Our quarterly courses include your first month of Elmenta Lab Pro free. Quote your course registration reference when you apply.
