Weak managerial skill and staff leadership are among the biggest obstacles to excellence in the clinical laboratory. Directors, managers, chief technologists and supervisors need a working command of management principles and how they apply to laboratory medicine, and they need to refresh those skills as the environment for laboratory medicine and pathology keeps changing.
This course offers comprehensive, practical guidance on laboratory management for the 21st century. It helps the people in charge make sure the laboratory meets accepted standards in every aspect of its operation and delivers reliable diagnostic services to the people who depend on it.
